About Adjustable Beds and Mattresses

Q: What' the difference between your adjustable bed and others?

 Adjustable beds are not the same. Our adjustable bed is what is called a “wall hugger”. This means that when the upper portion of your bed is raised it hugs or gets closer to the headboard or wall. You remain close to the wall and your nightstand rather than move forward past your nightstand.

Q: I'm not sure I want to worry about wires with the adjustable bed. Is your bed wired or wireless?

Sonoid Massage Products are wireless for your convenience.

Q: What type of mattress is best for my adjustable bed?

Sonoid Massage mattresses have been developed to work with our adjustable bases for your comfort, whether you choose a coil, visco form or latex mattress.

Q: Once I place my order, how long will it take to be delivered?

Most beds are shipped from our facility within 3 weeks. Our Customer Service will contact you through e-mail or phone when you can expect it.

Q: Will the delivery company take my old mattress and base away?

When you purchase from us, we arrange for “curbside” delivery, which means that the products are taken from the truck to your house, but removal or your present bedding and set up of your new bedding is not included.

Q: Can you arrange to have the bedding removed and set up of my new for me?

We can make special arrangements for the removal and set up which is called “white glove”. The charge for this service depends on where you live and is a charge by the delivery company, not Sonoid Massage Products.

Q: How long will it take to get used to my new mattress and adjustable bed?

Most people get used to the new Sonoid Mattress and base well within 30 days.

Q: Where can I get sheets for my adjustable bed?

Sonoid Massage Products have a wonderful selection of sheets especially made for adjustable beds. They are made not to slip from top or bottom.

Q: What about a warranty?

Sonoid Massage warranties cover both the mattress and the base. Please see service and warranty.

Q: Do I need special wiring for the adjustable bed?

Our beds use standard grounded household outlets and are UL listed.

Q: My insurance may cover my new mattress and bed. Will you work with them?

Absolutely. Many physicians will prescribe adjustable beds for their patients with certain health conditions where they feel the beds will benefit their patients.

Q: If I really don't like my product what are my options?

Sonoid Massage Products have a 30 day trial period for your mattress and base. 99.9% of our customers are completely satisfied and love our products. However, we will help with a return if needed with only charging a $500 restocking fee and return ship fee.

Q: I know my recliner is being made custom for me. How long from the order to I get it?

Depending on the fabric, the average time to ship will be 4 weeks.

Q: Do I need to pay before you ship to me?

All payments for hand units, thermal pads, mattresses and adjustable beds must be made when ordered. We will accept ½ down as a deposit on all our recliners orders as they are custom.
